What
are everyday miracles?
Miracles are all around us,
Why are we making such a fuss?
They happen right in front of our faces
It does not matter the religions or races.
Look upon a Baby's face,
What do you see?
The innocence, trust, and love that are there,
Let you understand, how the world should be.
A Child's laughter and sparkling eyes,
The deep, deep blue of the sea and skies.
The trees and flowers in the spring,
The magic of a wedding ring.
A kiss, caress, and a gentle touch,
Knowing 'God' loves you, very much.
Where are everyday miracles found?
If you want to know, just look around.
They are in every beautiful flower and tree,
They are in every vast ocean and sea.
A gentle breeze blows through your hair,
A graceful bird flies through the air.
Summer sun warmth upon your skin,
Winters snowflakes landing on a cheek or chin.
Walking along the beach, hand in hand,
And wiggling your toes in the sand.
Skiing down a snowy mountain,
Making snow angles, snowballs and snowmen.
We see miracle everyday,
Why can't we notice them right away?
We can see them in a deep blue sky,
We can see them on a mountain high.
Sunshine on a rainy day,
Will start a Miracle right away,
It takes your mood from grim to bright
And lets you know everything will be all right.
Miracles, Miracles are everywhere,
Especially, when people care.
Each and Every person is unique in a special way,
We are the greatest Miracle there is today.
These are some everyday miracles to be found,
They are there,
Even when you are not looking around.
