JUDGEMENTS

I grew up in a judging place,
It seemed it was always in my face.

No matter how I tried to be,
Judging was all that I could see.

Judging on Age, Religion, Sex and Color,
Judging of me and every other.

No one was quite good enough, you see,
No one including me,
It did not matter who they be.

One day I had had enough,
Of all the judging stuff.

I decided to change my point of view,
And try not to judge me or you.

It was not an easy thing for me,
Since that was all I knew to be.

I slowly proceeded, day by day,
Trying not to judge in any way.

I started to turn my life around,
And wonderful things I found.

When I was 'not' judging, you see,
The world is a pretty nice place to be.

If you find that people are judging you,
Look to see whom you are judging too.

You will find if you decide to stop,
That all of a sudden,
You come out on top.
